BLACKROCK MEDIA, LLC
THE WALL STREET ORGANIZATION, INC.® is pleased to announce that it has recently entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Grammy Award winning Artist and Author, Jesse Cutler to form BlackRock Media, LLC™. Blackrock Media™ will act as a parent company for a variety of web and print advertising endeavors. Articles of Incorporation have been filed in the state of Arizona to form BlackRock Media™ as a Limited Liability Corporation and we will shortly be filing a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the name and slogan: BlackRock Media – “Purveyors of fine media” ™.
Initially BlackRock will launch with The NetCard™, expansion is then planned with the launch of Restaurant Tours and Medical Digest in Arizona.
THE NETCARD

The NetCard is a multi-media, interactive marketing system that Motivates, Monitors and Rewards potential shoppers to do business with local sponsors. In this challenged economy, we all need to streamline our expenses and create new sources of revenue to keep our businesses healthy. By utilizing a more strategic, targeted marketing campaign such as Direct Mail integrated with Web, Mobile & Coupon Marketing, the Sponsors have a real opportunity to affordably reach thousands upon thousands of residents within their own trading area.
RESTAURANT TOUR®
Since 1994, Restaurant Tour® has developed several innovative products promoting restaurants in the Florida marketplace. It was the first magazine publishing company to launch Restaurant Tour Magazine a glossy 200 page fine dining guide in South Florida spanning Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties.

In 1997, Restaurant Tour® published and distributed exquisite custom brochures featuring Le Provence, Nicole St. Pierre, Park Plaza Gardens and Cafe Cappuccino to name a few. In addition, Restaurant Tour® was the first restaurant marketing company to launch a full page dining guide and restaurant review page featuring several restaurants like Chez Vincent, Maison Jardin, Del Frisco’s, and Park Plaza Gardens in association with WLOQ’s Smooth Jazz and Leisure Magazine as well as, the first dining web site RestaurantTour.com in partnership with Orlando Online featuring several popular restaurants, maps, menus and reservation links.
In 2004, Restaurant Tour® launched the innovative “Custom Check Servers”™ another innovation that not only replaced the typical black vinyl check server, but also featured select restaurants while promoting upscale businesses in their local marketing area. MEDICAL DIGEST USA™

Medical Digest - For the Well Informed™…is a preferred directory of Doctors, Hospitals and Allied Healthcare Professionals in the Tucson area. The directory will include medical and well ness information, editorials, listings and display advertising geared to all citizens….especially seniors. Distribution will be targeted to the pharmacy counters of Walgreens and CVS, insurance companies, and available through each advertiser on our own portable, lucite display racks with the MDUSA™ insignia.

The Majesty of Music and Immortality…from the mind of Grammy Award winning Artist and Author Jesse Cutler comes a Musical Motion Picture Event! The Wall Street Organization, Inc. and Jesse Cutler will serve as Co-Executive Producers for this Rock Fantasy. Mr. Cutler has written the screenplay for this musical tale set in the vampire genre and will also be scoring the original soundtrack! More details will follow soon on this exciting project.

Famous Pictures Company, LLC Presents “Out of Nowhere”
Famous Pictures Company, LLC is a California C Corporation formed for the purpose of producing the gritty neo-noir drama “Out of Nowhere”. The Company will coordinate the production of “Out of Nowhere” from funding the picture to principal photography to obtaining a US theatrical distribution for the finished film. The management includes President and CEO Stephen M. Cole, Creative Director – Stanley Sheff and Production Director – Steven Greene.
The Film
“Out of Nowhere” was written by Stanley Sheff and Steven Greene. It is set in the golden age of Hollywood and principal photography will be done at The Cicada Club in the historic Oviatt building in downtown LA. The story follows the journey of a young girl who leaves her abusive stepfather after the death of her mother to pursue her dreams in the big city. She is quickly embroiled in a mystery involving sex, deceit and murder. The film will be shot in 3D.
The Industry
The Motion Picture Industry has weathered the worldwide economic recession very well. Technology has dramatically changed the way films are made, allowing independent movies to look and sound as good as those made by major studios. The 3D technology revolution is especially important – 3D movies have a larger profit margin than 2D movies and recent advances in 3D digital technology make it accessible to independent filmmakers.
The Market
The audience for independent films has held steady and the target audience for “Out of Nowhere”, adults – especially those over 45, has actually grown. In addition, neo-noir films have experienced a resurgence in popularity and “Out of Nowhere” will be able to capitalize on this. The nostalgia of the period in which it is set will be a draw for the over 45 crowd and the film being shot in 3D will be a draw for the young adult crowd.
Distribution Strategy
With the assistance of producer’s rep to act as our sales agent to distributors we will pursue a wide US theatrical release. We will submit “Out of Nowhere” at the top tier of film festivals and use the buzz generated to obtain as lucrative a deal as possible for distribution.
