Walter J. Antonell, SVP, M&A’s The Wall Street Organization, Inc., holds an MBA and is a prior Fortune 100 C level executive with 40 years hands on experience in major corporate transformation projects, M&A’s, and the Strategic Business Plan, utilizing change management tools strategies and methodologies. He is a blue chip consulting executive, lecturer and developer of courseware for the AMA, a member of Who’s Who, and Chairman of the Board of Safe and Secure TV Channel.
Mr. Antonell’s consulting experience with the big six Consulting Firms spans major corporate transformations as a director with KPMG, Cap Gemini, and BA&H. Assignments included planning the Demutualization of Prudential, a $500 million, 3 year effort, managing RosenbluthsY2K Program, and developing 3 major patented concepts.
Mr. Antonell served for 12 years as the COO of Bertelsman Publishing Group, Inc. He developed the strategic plan and executed the successful integration of Bantam, Double Day, Dell, Inc., encompassing publishing entities in excess of $1 billion, meeting all profit, schedule and budget objectives in the first fiscal year. He also led the acquisition of RCA Records and turned it into BMG.
As corporate Vice President for CitiBank, Mr. Antonell led the Advanced Technology Group responsible for the development and launching of today’s ATM machines. He also established and managed corporate control and interface with the nine CitiBank Groups.
As corporate Vice President of logistics/systems for Xerox Corporation, Mr. Antonell’s major project responsibilities included installation of the corporate distribution system requiring two hour response time for over 37 thousand Tech Reps and the reduction of $250 million in Inventory.
As Corporate Vice President of Olivetti of America, Mr, Antonell led the acquisition and conversion of Underwood Corporation to Olivetti of America.
As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Antonell directed Olivetti’s acquisition of Underwood Corporation and transformed it into Olivetti of America.
